Allocations Specialist

Location: On-Site, Washington, PA

Job Type: Full Time / Permanent

The A.C. Coy Company has an immediate opening for an Allocations Specialist. Ideal candidates will have a strong foundation in revenue accounting and experience with allocations.

• Perform reconciliations and allocations of multiple networks inside of SAP/PRA
• Support Internal Audit with SOX compliance and testing
• Perform and lead SOX controls reviews
• Prepare reporting for regulatory agencies
• Prepare month, quarter, year end close 
• Develop processes improvements for allocation methodologies
• Identify and make recommendations for new software solutions
• Review legal documents for measurements and allocations language

Required Education:

• High School Diploma
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting preferred

Required Experience

• 2+ years experience with reconciliations and analysis including familiarity with SOX
• Experience with allocations
• Strong knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Flow-Cal or other enterprise software experience
• Experience in Revenue Accounting Software such as SAP/PRA
