The A.C.Coy Company has an immediate opening for an Infor/HCM Business Applications Specialist. You will play a crucial role in analyzing, designing, implementing, and maintaining the Infor and HCM Applications to support business operations effectively. 

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document business requirements related to the Infor ERP system
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications and configure the Infor ERP system to meet business needs
  • Perform system testing, validation, and user acceptance testing to ensure the quality and functionality of the Infor ERP system
  • Utilize Infor ION API to facilitate seamless integration between various Infor and third-party applications 
  • Provide support and troubleshooting for IPA solutions, including development, investigating and resolving integration issues, data mapping discrepancies and workflow automation errors
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for the Infor ERP system, including investigating and resolving issues in a timely manner
  • Develop and maintain system documentation, including user manuals, process flows, and technical documentation
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization within the Infor ERP system
  • Conduct training sessions for end-users to promote effective utilization of the Infor ERP system

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or equivalent experience

  • 5-7 years' experience with Infor ERP system modules, configuration, and customization
  • 5-7 years' experience in setting up and managing Infor HCM Modules, including;
    • HR
    • TA
    • Health & Safety
    • Succession Planning
    • Goals and Performance
  • Expertise in converting Single Tenant to Multitenant Payroll Systems
  • Proficiency in complex IPA development (Intelligent Process Automation)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Certification in Infor ERP systems (plus)
