IT Manager- remote but local to Pittsburgh, PA only

Location: Remote- prefer local to Pittsburgh, PA

The A.C.Coy Company has an immediate opening for an IT Manager.  This candidate will transform, lead, and build all technology operations.  

• Oversee all security measures and compliance with regulatory frameworks
• Administer user permissions, accounts, and service level agreements (SLAs)
• Lead and own relationships with all external IT partners, including MSPs, cloud vendors, and technology providers, ensuring alignment with business goals and service-level expectations
• Lead the development and maintenance of centralized IT documentation and standardized operating procedures
• Partner with executive leadership to assess current-state IT operations, identify process and system inefficiencies, and lead the rollout of scalable, standardized solutions to support company growth
• Research when necessary new products, and/or research fixes for current ones.Test network performance and provide network performance statistics and reports; develop strategies for maintaining the network infrastructure

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.  Would consider someone with certifications

Qualifications:

• 5+ years in IT operations, with at least 2 years in a management or supervisory role
• Strong vendor and partner management experience
• Deep understanding and management of IT infrastructure & Security operations/frameworks- including:
  • Networks
  • Firewalls
  • Servers
  • Cloud environment
  • Security assessments & risks
• Maintain and manage policies, procedures, and associated training plans for network resource administration and appropriate use
• Partner with leadership to align IT strategy with business goals
• Strong hands-on knowledge and support of cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure and/or AWS, including hybrid infrastructure environments
• Experience supporting cloud security protocols
