Overview

Location: Onsite in Canonsburg, PA

Job Type: Contract to Hire

Work Authorization: U.S. Citizen or Green Card

 

The A.C. Coy company has an immediate need for a Systems/Network Administrator. This individual will support Windows, VMware, M365, Endpoint Management, and security/firewall operations, including MFA using Okta.

 

Responsibilities

  • Lead Okta application integrations
  • Troubleshoot data, email, voice, network (Meraki switches, routers, and firewalls (Cisco ASA/Sophos Firewall), storage (Vxrails) and other hardware problems
  • Advanced Microsoft O365 administration
  • Improve operations by monitoring system performance, identifying and resolving problems, and defining action plans
  • Implement and maintain collaboration security best practices by assessing current threats, vulnerabilities, risks, and associated technical countermeasures. (Proof point, Windows defender, and Sophos)
  • Build, maintain, and audit all network and infrastructure related documentation as it relates to configuration, processes, services records, asset inventories, topologies, administration manuals, job instructions, support contracts, etc.

Qualifications

Required:

  • 3+ years of experience with Okta
  • 5+ years of experience with networking, server, and application maintenance
  • Experience supporting a UC environment and solutions (Slack, Zoom, O365 (including SharePoint),etc.
  • Experience implementing, maintaining, and upgrading Windows Server OS and Active Directory Domains

Preferred:

  • Experience with Azure and AWS cloud technologies 
  • Any experience supporting Unified Communications, including PBX, SIP, Voicemail, Hard/Soft Phone Mobility Solutions, MS Teams, Cisco ASA and SOPHOS, Cisco/Meraki
  • Experience supporting external Telco services such as vendor management, SIP, POTS, T1/E1, etc.
