Overview

Location: On-site to start, then Hybrid - Greensburg, PA
Job Type: Full Time/Direct Hire
Work Authorization: No C2C or Sponsorship
The A.C. Coy company has an immediate need for an Accountant. Ideal candidates will have a degree in Accounting with relevant experience in a general accounting role.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Accounting Manager with accounting activities and month end close
  • Perform reconciliations
  • Support AP/AR processes, act as backup
  • Gather documentations to support internal and external audits
  • Assist with maintaining strong internal controls and documented processes

Qualifications

Education Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting

Experience Required:

  • 2+ year's experience in a general accounting 
  • Experience supporting month end, AP/AR, and reconciliations
  • Knowledge of GAAP 
  • Ability to work independently in an open environment
