HUMAN RESOURCES GENERALIST - CONTRACT

Location: Pittsburgh, PA

Job Type: Full Time / 9m Contract

The A.C.Coy company has an immediate opening for a Human Resource Generalist. Ideal candidates must have 1 year of related experience (internships considered), end-to-end recruiting exposure and be tech savvy.

• Support the HR team with HRIS support including testing and implementing enhancements
• Provide administrative support to a global talent acquisition team
• Support special projects with administrative support
• Ensure global compliance, security and data privacy standards and reporting for the talent acquisition system
• Analyze system functions, analytics, and tools to identify gaps and opportunities

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field

Experience Required:

• Experience in a HR related role (1 year minimum, internships included)
• Experience with HRIS systems preferred
• Critical thinking skills
• Effective communication skills both written and oral
