AP Specialist - Contract

Location: Remote - Local to Exton, PA
Job Type: Full Time / 3M Contract
Work Authorization: No C2C or Sponsorship

The A.C.Coy company has an immediate opening for a 3 Month contract role for an AP Specialist. Ideal candidates will have 2+ years of Accounts Payable experience using Sage Intacct.

• Prepare and process invoices using Sage Intacct
• Properly code within the general ledger
• Process ACH transactions
• Review documents for accuracy

Required Education:

• High School Diploma

Required Experience:

• 2+ years of RECENT Accounts Payable experience using Intacct
• Experience in QuickBooks Online preferred
• Strong attention to detail
• Demonstrated ability to fully process Accounts Payable including recording transactions, using codes, and processing invoices
