Accounts Receivable Analyst - Altoona - Onsite

Location: Onsite, Altoona, PA

The A.C.Coy company has an immediate opening for an Accounts Receivable Analyst. Ideal candidates will have a bachelor's degree and some previous experience with credit, collections, accounts receivable or basic accounting tasks.

• Review credit terms for new and existing customers
• Actively work to follow up on past-due invoices via phone, email, dunning letters, and other activities as needed to ensure accounts become current
• Analyze and resolve accounts receivable discrepancies, short payments, or other inaccuracies 
• Create and maintain accurate records regarding vendor accounts
• Act as backup support for accounting related functions

Education Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting

Experience Required:

• Prior experience in an accounts receivable role or general accounting position
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to call and speak with vendors regarding invoices
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Exceptional customer service skills
