The A.C.Coy Company has an immediate opening for a Recruiter.  Ideal candidates must have 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably withing a manufacturing environment.

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for all levels of the organization
• Partner with management to identify staffing needs, hiring priorities, and coordinate recruiting activities
• Source, screen, and evaluate candidates via multiple recruitment channels
• Coordinate and conduct new hire orientation
• Respond to inquiries regarding staffing opportunities
• Prepare and maintain recruitment reports
• Provide a high level of customer service

Education Required:

• Bachelor’s degree 

Experience Required:

• Minimum of 2 years' experience recruiting positions such as hourly production, skilled trades, technical, professional, and salaried positions
• Experience managing full-cycle recruitment
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software including word and excel
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
